Chelsea take on West Ham at Stamford Bridge on Sunday and this game is a must win for Antonio Conte and his team in order to keep that faint hope of playing in the Champions League next season alive.

The Blues lost their last Premier League outing 3-1 to fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur and with that embarrassing loss, Chelsea hopes of securing a top-four spot took a serious hit.

The Lilywhites won their match against Stoke City yesterday with a scoreline of 2-1 and with that Mauricio Pochettino’s side have opened up an 11 point gap at the fourth spot on the table – having played one game more than Chelsea.

So the Blues must pick up all three points against the Hammers tonight in order to keep up the pressure on Tottenham Hotspur.

Here’s the Blues’ confirmed line up vs West Ham United:

Goalkeeper: Thibaut Courtois

Defence: Rudiger, Azpilicueta, Cahill

Midfield: Moses, Kante, Fabregas, Alonso

Attack: Hazard, Morata, Willian

When these two teams last met in December of 2017, it was West Ham United who picked up and 1-0 win thanks to a solitary goal from Marko Arnautovic.
