Juventus manager Andrea Pirlo is planning to part ways with midfielder Aaron Ramsey during the ongoing transfer window, as per Sky Sports.
The report suggests: “Aaron Ramsey could leave Juventus this summer, with the Serie A champions willing to listen to offers for the midfielder, according to Sky Italy.
“The Wales international joined Juventus from Arsenal on a free transfer last summer following 11 years at the Emirates Stadium.
“Selling Ramsey is a possibility, but not a priority for new Juventus head coach Andrea Pirlo, who was appointed as Maurizio Sarri’s replacement earlier this week.”
Should Arsenal try and resign Aaron Ramsey?
Aaron Ramsey was the star of the midfield for Arsenal right before he left on a free transfer to the Serie A. But his career in Turin has certainly taken a nosedive as he has played in only 24 league matches for the club during the 2019-20 season.
Pirlo seemingly has no use of Ramsey next season and some pundits think that Arsenal should try and resign the Wales international.
While every Gunners fan would love this to happen but we do not see Mikel Arteta making a move for Aaron Ramsey for a number of different reasons.
Firstly, the Arsenal boss is looking to bring in Thomas Partey this summer and we do not think he will have too much money left in order to make a bid for Ramsey.
Also, right now, the 29-year-old earns £250,000-a-week at Juventus so that last thing Arteta would want is to add another high-earning player to his squad.
