Arsenal will take on Newcastle United in the Premier League this Monday and Aaron Ramsey is a real uncertainty for this encounter.

Aaron Ramsey is scheduled to leave the Emirates at the end of the season as he heads to Juventus but the midfielder still remains one of the key players for Unai Emery.

He was expected to feature for Wales in their opening qualifier game against Slovakia for the Euro 2020 campaign but then an issue with his left thigh forced him to withdraw.

And since then reports have been claiming that Ramsey is not expected to be fit anytime soon.

Yes, Unai Emery has named a first XI without Aaron Ramsey but the Newcastle game could be very different.

Apart from the Welshman, Granit Xhaka is also out injured and Lucas Torreira is suspended for this match.

This means if Aaron Ramsey cannot make himself fit then Denis Suarez will have to start in central midfield alongside Matteo Guendouzi.

But now reports are claiming that since withdrawing from the Wales squad, Ramsey has returned back to London and is being treated by the Arsenal medical staff.

And as per the updates, there is no strain or tear on his thigh and it is only a matter of tightness.

These are truly very positive signs and since Arsenal do not play until Monday there is a huge possibility that Aaron Ramsey will make himself fit in time to take on the Magpies.

If the Juventus bound midfielder available for selection the surely he will play in central midfield alongside Matte Guendouzi.
