PSG star rejects a new contract at the club, eyeing a possible move to the Premier League: But which club will he join?

Adrien Rabiot has reportedly turned down a new contract at PSG as the central midfielder eyes a move out of Ligue 1.

Rabiot is a youth team product of the club and has been a mainstay for the first team since he made his senior debut back in 2012.

And the Paris outfit are desperate to make him sign a contract extension reportedly offering him €7.2million (£6.32m) a year.




The report suggests this is the third time that PSG have tried to offer Adrien Rabiot a new contract and now the club are using Thomas Tuchel to try and convince the 23-year-old to stay beyond the summer of 2019.




While the exact reasons for Adrien Rabiot’s refusal are not known but some feel that the tensions between the player and the club’s sporting director Antero Henrique might be one of the reasons why he wants to leave the club.

And this refusal has shaken up the interest of many top European clubs who are rumoured to be lining up in front of Adrien Rabiot’s door.

Bayern Munich and Barcelona are interested in signing him up but many believe the midfielder could be on his way to the English Premier League.

Clubs like Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City are all interested in Adrien Rabiot and moving to England would make a lot of sense since the midfielder has already spent some time there.




Adrien Rabiot was part of the Manchester City academy back in 2008 but chose to head back home because he was feeling homesick.

Now though the midfielder looks all set for a new chapter in his professional life and by the looks of it, the PSG star has no shortage of takers.
