Alexis Sanchez has been tipped by many to leave Manchester United during the end of the current season.

The Chilean joined Man United from Arsenal in January of 2018 but the forward did not have a particularly great time last season at Old Trafford.

But everyone expected that Alexis Sanchez would be back in form this season after resting throughout the whole summer.

Sadly though this has not been the case.

Alexis Sanchez had been really poor under Jose Mourinho and under Solskjaer too, his luck has refused to change.

So far the winger has played in only 17 Premier League games this season having scored just one goal and provided three assists.

Right now, the player is recovering from a knee injury but many people feel that Alexis Sanchez has nothing to give to the club and that the manager will likely sell him off during the summer transfer window.

But speaking on this topic, ESPN pundit Steve Nicol has claimed that Alexis Sanchez will not be leaving Man United at the end of the season.

Here’s why:

“I’m not so sure anybody else is going to really want him or any of the top sides that he believes he should be playing for,

“Plus he’s earning upwards of £300,000-a-week, so nothing adds up.

“Who’s going to want him? Who’s going to pay him that money? That’s a no.”

Some reports have linked Alexis Sanchez with Serie A giants Juventus but nothing concrete on this has come out in recent times.

Alexis Sanchez has been given numerous changes first by Jose Mourinho and now by Solskjaer but it feels the Chilean has left his old self somewhere in the Emirates locker room.
