Andy Carroll joined West Ham United in 2013 from Liverpool but it looks like the forward is finally going to move out of the London Stadium during the summer.

Andy Carroll is out of contract at the end of the current season and West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini had already made plans to offload him last summer so as to avoid losing him as a free agent.

The 30-year-old was on the verge of moving out but then he suffered an injury which ruled him out of action for a couple of months.

Andy Carroll picked up an ankle injury last July which kept him out of action until the end of November which forced him to miss as many as 15 games during the current season.

So far the forward has played in only 12 games for West Ham United but recently the Hammers fans were struck with some bad news.

Reports claimed that Andy Carroll had already played his final game for the Claret and Hugh as he had to undergo ankle surgery in April.

This meant that Carroll’s West Ham career is well and truly over as he will be moving out of the club as a free agent during the summer transfer window.

But now it looks like the 30-year-old might find it really difficult to find a new club at the end of the season.

It is being claimed that Andy Carroll has undergone yet another surgery in order to cure his long-standing ankle problem and now he is facing a race against time to be fit before the start of next season.

The second surgery means that the player will be out for the whole of the summer transfer window which will make it extremely difficult for him to find a new club.

West Ham already have the likes of Arnautovic and Javier Hernandez at their disposal which means they have no use of Andy Carroll next season but some rumours have claimed that the club might just let the player carry on his rehab with the Hammers even after his current contract comes to an end.
