Arsenal will take on Wolves at the Molineux Stadium on Wednesday and the Gunners will be looking to get back to winning ways after their mishap vs Crystal Palace.

The North London club are currently fifth on the EPL table after Chelsea’s 2-2 draw vs Burnley on Monday but Arsenal had the golden opportunity to go above Spurs into the third spot by beating Palace this past Sunday.

But instead, Arsenal shockingly went down 3-2 meaning the Unai Emery’s men are still not sure whether they can secure a top-four spot in the Premier League.

Unai Emery has been struggling with injuries all throughout the season and it looks like the Spanish boss has once again been struck with a double blow.

The club have confirmed that Aaron Ramsey and Denis Saurez will both miss the Wednesday trip to Wolves.

Report as the club’s official website:

Aaron Ramsey

Left hamstring. Continues to receive treatment and further assessment. Will miss Wednesday’s match at Wolves.

Denis Suarez

Groin. Continues to receive treatment and further assessment. Will miss Wednesday’s match at Wolves.

A hamstring injury for Aaron Ramsey means that the Welshman could very well have played his final game for Arsenal before he leaves for Juventus during the summer transfer window.

As far as Denis Saurez is concerned, the Barcelona loanee has so far played just 67 minutes in the Premier League and the midfielder is way below the pecking order which means his absence should not be a major cause of concern for Unai Emery.

Apart from these two injuries, the club has also confirmed that Granit Xhaka is recovering well and the midfielder has a change of featuring vs Wolves on Wednesday.
