Rangers FC dropped points once again in the Premiership, this time to Kilmarnock during the midweek encounter.

Rangers took the lead in the 12th minute courtesy of new signing Jermain Defoe but Killie found back through goals from Brophy and Jordan Jones.

The loss means that the Gers have now slipped down to the third spot and Kilmarnock has taken the second spot.

But as per the latest reports, Steven Gerrard is not particularly happy with one of his defender’s attitude.

The player we are talking about is Borna Barisic who arrived at Rangers during the summer transfer window.

Barisic had a fine couple of games during the first few months of the season but since then the left-back has been battling with constant injuries.

So far Borna Barisic has played only nine games in the Premiership and has missed almost double of the games that he has actually played in.

And it looks like the manager wants him to pull up his socks.

The manager confirmed before the game vs Kilmarnock that Borna Barisic was actually fully fit despite which he did not even make it to the matchday squad.

It was actually Andy Halliday who played as the left-back during the 2-1 defeat at Rugby Park.

And now some rumours are suggesting that Teddy Bears manager is not too happy with the Croatian international.

Borna Barisic has seen very little game time during the past couple of months and if the player cannot up his game during the second half of the season then the manager will not hesitate to sell him off during the summer.

After the loss to Kilmarnock, Rangers will now travel to the Almondvale Stadium next Sunday in order to take on Livingston.
