Chelsea’s Eden Hazard has been one of the best players in the 2018 World Cup and the playmaker ended his tournament in style – scoring a goal against England in the third place play-off.

Hazard scored in the 82nd minute of the game which helped Belgium secure a 2-0 victory over England on Saturday but now that the World Cup is over the focus is going to shift back to his Chelsea career.

Eden Hazard has claimed that moving out of Chelsea and joining Real Madrid this summer is not a long shot and now reports from Spain are claiming that the Los Blancos are preparing a 150 million pound bid for the Belgium star.

Ever since Ronaldo moved out of Real Madrid everyone knew that Florentino Perez will try and bring in to fulfil that void and going for Eden Hazard seemed to be the safest bet.

And now Belgium coach Roberto Martinez has hinted that Hazard has the capability of playing for any demanding team hinting to a possible fact that the playmaker could move to Spain in the coming few weeks.

Martinez said‘He can play for any demanding team in the world.

‘It’s a very easy question for me, he is one of the most complete footballers in the modern game now,

‘Everyone speaks about footballers and about what they can do on the pitch, and rightly so it is very easy to assess what Eden Hazard does on the pitch.

‘He’s one of the best footballers in one-v-ones, brings an understanding of how to break defensive systems down, he’s got an incredible coordination right and left.

‘The biggest aspect I can tell you that not many people know is his incredible personality and leadership.

‘He leads in the box and in scoring goals. He never drops his standards, he’s a team player with a winning mentality.

‘Now, with the maturity that he has, you can build a winning project around him.’

Chelsea have just sacked Antonio Conte and appointed Maurizio Sarri as their new manager.

So now, the new Blues boss is expected to have a conversation with Eden Hazard and his long-term future in the team which could very well be a make or break move for Chelsea in order to hold onto the 27-year-old.
