England take on Sweden in the quarterfinal of the World Cup on Saturday afternoon and it seems that the swords have already been drawn.

England taking on Sweden is always going to be a fierce contest no matter how the teams might look on paper.

While most pundits feel that the Three Lions will come out on top despite the Swedes giving a tough fight but former Sweden midfielder Hakan Mild clearly thinks otherwise.

Mild who played for Blagult for a decade has labelled the English team as “spoilt children” while adding the fact that Sweden will come out on top.

Talking to Sveriges Radio, Hakan Mild said: “It couldn’t be a better draw, they think they are so good, they are not,

“They are spoilt children who earn a lot of money. They don’t have the desperation needed.

“You are not terrified when you see this team. It suits Sweden well,

“If we get through the first 20 minutes we can go through. They are limited.

“I’m really impressed (with Sweden), how they have come up with this and how the team works together. They do it together and the players submit to the idea.”

Like Mild, former England manager, Sven-Goran Eriksson has also claimed that Janne Andersson’s side will come out on top on Saturday.

Gareth Southgate’s side are clearly in the form of their life and many pundits are hopeful that the team can go all the way despite the fact that Jamie Vardy might be absent for the quarterfinal fixture due to a hamstring injury.
