Manchester United take on Barcelona in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals next week at Old Trafford and going into this game, the Red Devils have a long list of injury concerns.

During the past couple of weeks, Man United have seen a dip in form and Solskjaer is under some pressure.

And this game against Barcelona could not have come at a worse time for the Red Devils.

Man United news: Potential injuries

Marcus Rashford:

Rashford has picked up a fresh ankle injury and there are still some doubts whether the striker can be fit in time before Barcelona come to town.

“Yeah, he got a knock again, but it’s a different ankle, it’s not the same ankle luckily. He’ll be sorely missed today.” Solskjaer had updated before the loss to Wolves.

Ander Herrera:

Ander Herrera picked up a knock earlier this week and hence was unable to feature at the Molineux in midweek.

With still a couple of days more to go, major reports are claiming that the Spaniard should be fit to face Barca but there is no official word yet.

Eric Bailly:

The centre-back is out with a concussion and there are major doubts over his availability on Wednesday.

Even if he does make it then too he would only find a place on the substitutes bench.

Alexis Sanchez:

The forward is currently recovering from a hamstring injury and will most certainly miss the game after the club confirmed that the Chilean will only return towards the end of this month which means he will also miss the second-leg at Camp Nou.

Matteo Darmian:

Matteo Darmian is out with a knock and has not featured for Man United for quite some time now.

Antonio Valencia:

The Man United captain is short of match fitness since he has not played for the Red Devils for a number of months now.
