Maurizio Sarri is currently walking a tight rope at Stamford Bridge and very soon he could on his way out of the club.

After Chelsea’s 6-0 thrashing at the hands of Manchester City in the league, multiple reports have claimed that if the Italian cannot sort things out by the end of this month, then he will be sacked.

And with that 2-0 defeat to Man United on Monday, Maurizio Sarri just walked one step closer to that.

Maurizio Sarri once again proved that he is one of the most rigid football managers in Europe right now.

The man who worked wonders at Napoli just cannot seem to set the ball rolling at Stamford Bridge.

Almost each one of the decisions that he has made since arriving at the club have backfired and the biggest of them is playing Jorginho in defensive midfield.

This season, Jorginho has taken up the role that N’Golo Kante has played for the past couple of seasons and the former Napoli man is just not up to the task.

Fans and pundits have urged the manager to give Kante his old role back but Maurizio Sarri seems to be adamant.

And on Wednesday the manager once again made it clear as to why Jorginho is more suited to play in that role.

“In that position, I want a player to be able to move the ball very fast,” Sarri told the media.

“This is not the best characteristic of N’Golo. N’Golo is very useful for us, but this one is not his best characteristic.”

These comments have not gone down too well with the Chelsea fans and it looks like they are finally calling out Maurizio Sarri and his flawed tactics.
