Chelsea are more than likely to part ways with current manager Maurizio Sarri despite winning the Europa League last week.

If reports then Max Allegri is being touted as the man who might replacement his fellow Italian at Stamford Bridge this summer.

Max Allegri left Juventus last month after being in charge of the Turin based out for five long years and now there is a huge possibility that he is heading to England.

A statement on Juventus’ website read: “Massimiliano Allegri will not sit on the Juventus bench in the 2019/2020 season.

“The coach and the president, Andrea Agnelli, will meet the media together at the press conference, which will be held tomorrow, Saturday 18 May, at 2 pm in the conference hall of the Allianz Stadium.”

Sarri has handed in a transfer request at Chelsea are the Europa League game as he wants to replace Max Allegri at Juventus.

But many experts feel that Max Allegri will be the perfect man to bring Chelsea back to being a European powerhouse next season.

While this might all seem enticing but as per the Telegraph, Chelsea do not want Max Allegri to take charge of the squad. And the reason is a bit too odd.

As per the Telegraph: Juventus are lining up Sarri to succeed Max Allegri who left the club at the end of the season and would like the opportunity to coach in the Premier League. The Chelsea job appeals to Allegri but there is some concern at the club that they do not want to employ a third successive Italian after Antonio Conte and Sarri who joined them from Napoli last summer.”

If this report from the Telegraph holds true then Max Allegri is surely not going to be moving to England since no other major Premier League club is looking for a manager right now.

And instead of going for a big name, the Blues are reportedly planning to bring in a more common face who is familiar with the ins and out of the club.

This obviously indicates to Chelsea legend Frank Lampard who has had a fine season managing Derby County in the Championship.
