Liverpool signed Naby Keita from RB Leipzig during the summer of 2018 and he was supposed to be the next midfield marshal for the Reds.

We are almost towards the end of the season and Naby Keita is yet to win over Jurgen Klopp.

During the 201-19 campaign, Naby Keita has made 21 appearances in the Premier League but most of these have come off the bench and right now, the midfielder is struggling to carve out a niche.

Initially, it was claimed the 24-year-old was finding it difficult to adapt with the Premier League – a problem that many players face.

But with each passing week, it looks like Naby Keita has turned out to be a failed experiment.

Liverpool paid around €60 million for the Guinea midfielder but as per Team Talk, Jurgen Klopp has made up his mind to offload him at the end of the season.

The Liverpool boss knows very well that both Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Naby Keita and the manager is willing to sell him off during the summer even if it is on a loss.

Reports claim that both Bayern and BVB have held meetings with the player’s representatives about a possible return to the Bundesliga next season and Liverpool would be more than happy to go.

Initially, the Liverpool fans had shown great patience with the player but now that Fabinho has very nicely settled himself into the first XI, both the fans as well as the management feel they have no need of Naby Keita next season.
