Zinedine Zidane next Man United manager

Manchester United have lost three of their opening seven games of the new season the latest one coming against West Ham United at the London Stadium.

United lost the game 3-1 as Jose Mourinho chose to make some pretty odds changes to his first XI.

And after the defeat, the United fans unanimously want Jose Mourinho to be sacked as their manager.

While the board are said to be looking at the option of sacking the Portuguese sometime this week but first they are trying to secure a suitable replacement for the next Man United manager- according to reports.

And here are some manager who are currently the frontrunners to replace Jose Mourinho as the Man United manager:

Zinedine Zidane:

The former Real Madrid boss is currently the frontrunner for the becoming the next Man United manager and reports suggest that the Frenchman is eager to take up the challenge as soon as Jose Mourinho moves out of Old Trafford.

Easily the most successful European manager during the past couple of years, he has been tipped as the ideal replacement to Mourinho given the brand of attacking football his Real Madrid team played during his managerial regime.

Ryan Giggs:

The heartthrob of the United fans Giggs already has some experience of managing Manchester United for a couple of weeks. But this time he is one of the favourites to become the next Man United manager.

Currently, Ryan Giggs is managing the national team of Wales and it would take some real inspiration for him to quit that job. But what better way to inspire the former United legend than a managerial role at his beloved club.

Mauricio Pochettino:

Yes, Pochettino is also being considered for the role of the next Man United manager but there are huge doubts if the current Spurs boss will leave his happy life at the London club and take up such a huge challenge at Manchester United.

Plus, Pochettino might be a very good manager but he is yet to win a major silverware at the Spurs which does not make his a very favourable candidate amongst the United faithful.

Antonio Conte:

The Italian had a successful first season with Chelsea but last season he was more or less humiliated and eventually kicked out of the club during the summer transfer window.

Despite him having a bad season with the Blues last time around, there’s no denying that the Italian is still one of the top managers in Europe and on top of that he will be itching to even the scores with Chelsea.

There’s every chance that Jose Mourinho will be sacked by the end of next week and but if the club fails to find the next Man United manager before that, then Michael Carrick might be named as the interim manager.
