Man United are set to lose a number of players during the summer transfer window and one of them might just be Paul Pogba.

Pogba joined the Red Devils for a second stint at the club for a then record fee of £89million from Juventus back in 2016.

But since then the midfielder has failed to make any sort of positive impact at the club despite getting all the cushion that he has ever wanted.

Paul Pogba had a falling out with Jose Mourinho and it was more or less evident that either one of them would be leaving the club.

Ultimately it was the manager who left the club meaning, Paul Pogba once again got what he wanted.

Under Solskjaer the midfielder’s performances did improve for a brief period but once again it looks like mediocrity has gotten hold of the Frenchman.

And now reports are claiming that the player could be on his way out of the club with Zinedine Zidane wanting to sign him during the summer transfer window.

The Real Madrid boss is reportedly planning to build his new team around the World Cup winner and he is willing to pay the big bucks in order to sign him.

But there is one major problem.

As per reports, Paul Pogba currently gets £290,000 per week at Man United and he wants the same wages in case he joins Real Madrid during the summer.

But the Los Blancos are not willing to meet this demand meaning if the Frenchman wants to join the La Liga side then he will most certainly have to take a pay cut.

It is still unclear whether Paul Pogba is willing to slash down his wages but in case Man United fail to get back into the Champions League next season then surely the midfielder will be giving a long and hard thought to this option.
