Rangers picked up a 4-1 win over Hamilton at the SuperSeal Stadium on Sunday and with this win, the Gers are now back within five points off the top of the table.
The scoreline might make one feel that Steven Gerrard’s men had a walk in the park but in reality, it was one of the more tougher matches that the Light Blues have had to play this season.
Ryan Kent gave Rangers the lead in the first half only for Steve Boyd to equalise in the 80th minute.
But thanks to a couple of penalties and an injury-time strike from Alfredo Morelos, the Light Blues ensured they went back home with all three points.
The fans though might be rejoicing the win but many have voiced concerned over their midfielder especially Lassana Coulibaly.
Coulibaly made a fantastic start to the new season but ever since he picked up an injury the midfielder has not been able to recreate that magic at the heart of the Rangers team.
And many fans have pointed out that Steven Gerrard should try and keep a suitable replacement at hand if Coulibaly keeps on failing.
We must have something on the bench more effective than Coulibaly. A sponge or something. Been a shadow of the player he was before injury.

There’s been a lot of let downs today but coulibaly & ejaria haven’t done a thing!

Coulibaly is miles off it off the ball today. Don't know if it's the surface or fitness after arriving late back from international duty, but his pressing has been far from his usual standard.

Coulibaly just hasn’t looked the same player since that injury.
He needs a break on the bench imo but we seem low on midfielders right now— ⚫️⚫️ BarišićLOYAL (@weepaljoe_) October 21, 2018
Rangers are back in the Europa League this midweek as they take on Spartak Moscow at home on Thursday.
