Rangers FC yet again failed to pick up three points away from home after they suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Livingston this past weekend.

And this loss has brought about a number of controversies.

Apart from slipping down from the top three of the Premiership table, Rangers are also in trouble for the fans behaviour after a missile was launched towards linesman Calum Spence during the Livingston match.

This occurred during the early stages of the second half and the match had to be stopped momentarily as Spence received treatment.

The referee has included this incident in his match report and even the police are investigating this incident as an act of assault.

Now the Rangers fans have been receiving criticism from all quarters and the person leading the line is talkSPORT host Jim White.

White has chosen not to mince his words while describing this incident urging for a line ban for the person who was responsible for the attacking the linesman.

Jim White said“Are they ever going to lift themselves out the gutter?

“And Rangers fans, that club seems to have a hell of a lot more than any others.

“This is gospel truth. The first thing the cab driver said to me last night, and here we are in fashionable South Bank in London. First thing he says: ‘That team in Scotland let themselves down again, the fans did.

“First thing he says and we’re in London!”

“It’s got to be! What else could it be?”(talking about the life ban for the culprit)

Rangers though are not sitting with folded hands as the Ibrox security chiefs have requested the CCTV footage during the game from Livingston in a bid to identify the culprit.
