Fulham youngster Ryan Sessegnon is certainly playing the hardball with the club as he has reportedly told the Cottagers that he will not be signing a new deal.
The Craven Cottage outfit might have had a really poor season in the Premier League but Ryan Sessegnon has certainly caught the eye of a number of big European clubs and now it looks like he is planning to head out.
The 19-year-old’s current deal with Fulham ends next summer and the fact that he is not ready to put pen on paper to a new deal means the club will have to sell him off this year itself.
Manchester United have been linked with the youngster for a number of months now but it looks like Ryan Sessegnon has his heart set on a move to Spurs.
The 19-year-old believes that he can thrive under Mauricio Pochettino and even Spurs are very eager to bring him on board.
This will surely be a huge blow for Man United more so since Solskjaer has seemingly shifted his focus to signing young English players during this summer transfer window.
PSG are also said to be interested in signing Ryan Sessegnon but as of now, the Parisian outfit have not been dubbed as the favourites.
Reports claim that Fulham are demanding a fee of £45 million for the services of the youngster but Spurs are not ready to pay anything more than a fee of £25 million.
Under normal circumstances, Fulham might not agree to such a low price for such a fine talent but if they do not then they might lose him for free next summer.
Some pundits have urged Man United to make a move and sign Ryan Sessegnon by paying the exact amount that Fulham are demanding.
But given that Solksjaer has a number of other areas to fix, we do not feel that the Norwegian will be too eager to spend such a substantial amount on the youngster this summer.
