Manchester United will take on Tottenham at Wembley this weekend and this will be Solskjaer’s first big test since he took charge of the club.

United are yet to drop points ever since the Norwegian took charge of the club and the mood amongst the players and the fans is a very joyous one.

But all that could change after Sunday especially if Spurs manage to carve open Man United and undo all the good work that Solskjaer has done up until now.

And before the game, Manchester United have travelled to Dubai for some warm weather training.

All the eyes were on Paul Pogba who did not travel with the squad to Dubai following which the club revealed that he had stayed back due to his injury.

But the player has since rendezvoused with the squad and now the United fans are a bit perplexed over the availability of another player.

Midfielder Fred was also absent from the training camp but it was not because of an injury.

Solskjaer has revealed that Fred has been given permission to stay back since his wife Monique Salum is due to give birth to their first child.

“Marcos [Rojo] has gone back home because his injury is taking a bit longer than we thought,” Solskjaer said.

“Fred[‘s partner] is expecting a baby and Paul [Pogba] has had his knock and has had a few days of treatment back home.

“Hopefully, we can get Paul on his feet during this week.”

And there are doubts about whether Fred will feature in the matchday squad against Spurs on Sunday.

Normally any player should report back within a couple of days but remember how Anthony Martial took ages to return back to Man United’s pre-season tour in America this summer.
