Rangers FC signed Eros Grezda from NK Osijek during the summer transfer window.

But the winger has failed to find a regular spot in Steven Gerrard’s first XI so far.

Grezda has signed a four-year deal with the Gers but if the player cannot pull up his socks then the player might not survive beyond the summer.

So far Eros Grezda has played just 10 games in the Premiership this season managing to score just two goals.

And now the manager has made it clear that the winger has to prove his worth and fight for his spot in the first XI.

“Grezda has got it all to prove,” said Gerrard.

“He needs to push himself to prove to everyone he’s capable of being a Rangers player.

“He has to show to us in the coming weeks that he wants to win a shirt back and when he gets his opportunity take it and find consistency.”

Eros Grezda has failed to cope up with the physicality of the league and the constant injuries have not helped him either.

But now the manager has issued a public statement meaning Eros Grezda has no other option but to up his performance level.

If not then Steven Gerrard will have no other option but to sell the winger off at the end of the season.
