Arsenal appointed Unai Emery as their new manager after Arsene Wenger vacated his position at the end of the season and the former PSG boss has been handed the job of rebuilding the team.

Since his appointment, Emery has brought in five new players into the squad namely, Bernd Leno, Lucas Torreira, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Stephan Lichtsteiner and Matteo Guendouzi.

But if reports are to be believed then the London outfit are looking to bring in two more signings before the new Premier League season kicks off next month.

When Unai Emery was appointed as the new manager of Arsenal, he was given a £70 million budget for the transfer window but the manager has already exhausted £69 million in bringing in five players.

So now if Unai Emery wants to sign any more new players then he will have to raise funds by selling players from his current squad.

And if the gossip columns in England are anything to go by then Arsenal have put as many as seven first-team players(Nacho Monreal, Shkodran Mustafi, Danny Welbeck, Petr Cech, David Ospina, Carl Jenkinson and Lucas Perez)up for sale.

Apart from splashing a lot of cash in the transfer market this summer, the Gunners also spend a fair amount of money in bringing in Pierre Emerick Aubameyang at the start of the new year so now Unai Emery will have raise almost every penny that he wishes to spend in the transfer market.

As per the reports, signing a winger is Emery’s top priority and he also wants to bring in a left-back in order to replace Nacho Monreal who has been linked with a move to Spain.

So far the new Arsenal boss has made decent buys but now that the money from the hierarchy is set to dry up we will have to see how he manages to cope up with the problems that Arsene Wenger had been facing for so long.
