West Ham United look all set to make their first high profile signing of the summer in the form of Jack Wilshere.

Jack Wilshere decided to move out of Arsenal last month after decades of association with the club and now he is all set to sign a deal with his actual boyhood club.

Yes, believe it or not, Jack Wilshere much like the other members of his family was West Ham supporter before he joined the Gunners academy.

After performing well for Arsenal last season many had believed that the injury-prone striker would be given a new contract during the summer.

And that prediction did come true as new boss Unai Emery was ready to hand Jack a new deal with the club and the player, in turn, was willing to take a wage cut.

But things turned south when the new manager made it clear that he will not be given a central role in midfield something that West Ham United boss Manuel Pellegrini is more than willing to offer.

Now reports are claiming that Jack Wilshere is on the verge of agreeing on a new deal with the club and the player will be undergoing through a medical at the London Stadium.

Hammers are confident that the deal will be wrapped up pretty soon and they wish to make the announcement official by the end of the weekend.

Some reports also claim that Jack Wilshere will be travelling to Switzerland to become a part of West Ham’s pre-season training.

Jack Wilshere is rumoured to be getting a three-year deal at West Ham where he will bag £100,000-a-week.
