Jesse Lingard has been a touch of class at West Ham United over the past few months and it looks like David Moyes has already set the ball rolling in making the deal permanent.
Lingard was warming the benches at Manchester United this season which is why Ole chose to send him out on loan during the January transfer window. And ever since moving to the London Stadium, the England international seems to have been reborn.
At United, the 28-year-old did not even play a single minute in the Premier League but at West Ham United, he has netted nine goals along with four assists in just 10 matches.
David Moyes brought in Jesse Lingard with the hopes of signing him on a permanent deal and now thanks to his superb form, the Hammers boss seems to have made up his mind once and for all.
According to journalist Pedro Almeida, West Ham are ready to meet Manchester United’s transfer demands as they want to keep Jesse Lingard at the club beyond the summer.
He wrote on Twitter: “West Ham will make Jesse Lingard’s loan a permanent deal. Manchester United wants 25M€ for the English player and the Hammers are willing to pay that amount.”

Jesse Lingard has been given a fresh boost at West Ham United and if he can keep this same intensity until the end of the season then there’s every chance he will be in the Euro squad for the summer.
And he too will want to remain with the Hammers on a permanent deal.
Man United will obviously be enticed to have him back after his fine run with the London side but with players like Fernandes and Van de Beek already at the club, Lingard will not be able to get anywhere near the starting XI.
So, it will be best for all the parties that Jesse Lingard remains at West Ham United and Man United use the transfer fee to bring in reinforcements at other areas of the pitch.
