Arsenal won the first North London Derby of the season beating Spurs 4-2 and now they travel to Old Trafford on Wednesday.

The Gunners have broken into the top four of the Premier League table while Manchester United are desperately trying to get some wind in their sails after their draw against Southampton.

The London outfit will surely go into the match as favourites but Unai Emery might have a few selection concerns before the game especially in the midfield area.

Granit Xhaka picked up his fifth yellow card of the season meaning the midfielder will be suspended for the game vs Manchester United and the Arsenal manager has some thinking to do.

Granit Xhaka alongside Lucas Torreira have formed a formidable at the heart of midfield and now Unai Emery needs to find a new central midfielder who can compliment the Uruguayan.

Arsenal do have the option of Aaron Ramsey but Unai Emery has refused to use the Welshman in central midfield this season which only leaves Mohamed Eleny and summer signing Matteo Guendouzi as the other options.

The manager has also revealed that Mesut Ozil is suffering from a back spasm and the German might not recover in time for the clash against Manchester United.

The absence of Mesut Ozil should not have a major impact given the playmaker has been shunned by the Arsenal manager during the past couple of games.

Manchester United are currently seventh on the league table and if they lose to Arsenal on Wednesday then they might just end up in the second half of the table by the weekend.
