Jose Mourinho tactics to be used in the FA Cup final?

Jose Mourinho takes his Spurs side to the London Stadium this weekend to take on West Ham United and all the focus will be on the Portuguese manager who took charge of the Lilywhites earlier this week.

It came as a shock to a lot of people when Daniel Levy chose to sack Mauricio Pochettino and then appoint Jose Mourinho as the club’s new boss.

But now that the initial buzz has died down, everyone is focusing on how the former Man United boss will set up his side vs West Ham this weekend.

Many pundits have claimed that Jose will go all out to make a statement during his first game in charge and this could be a bit of an issue for the home side especially since they have lost four out of their last five league matches.

Jose Mourinho is known as a manager who can spark enthusiasm amongst his players but according to Manuel Pellegrini, the Portuguese might not be able to work his magic this weekend given that he’s spent so little time with the players.

The Hammers boss said[as reported by Football London]: “[Mourinho] is just in charge of the team for two days so I don’t think he can change too much, they will play in a similar way.

“That is not an important problem for us to solve, we must give a good performance as a team.

“I have had 33 years in this profession, I know football. As I have said, my pressure I put on myself is bigger than any other pressure.

“Tottenham has a very good team with important players. You cannot know what has happened there but the results were not what they are used to having.

“He is not my friend but he is not my enemy either.

“Maybe I think a different way but he is not my enemy. Everyone has their options to play football the way they want and what they want to say.”

On Wednesday Jose Mourinho took charge of his first Spurs training session and that video has already caught the attention of millions of people.

But we feel the new manager effect will be in full swing on Saturday and Spurs should be able to topple West Ham with perfect ease primarily because Harry Kane and co would be eager to prove their worth to the new manager.
