Manchester United and Spurs are set to receive a massive boost in the transfer market as Wolves have decided to put their centre-forward, Raul Jimenez, up for sale – as per a report.

Raul Jimenez joined Wolves permanently last summer from Benfica but as per reports, Nuno Espirito Santo is ready to part ways with the 29-year-old since he’s looking to sign Benfica’s Carlos Vinicius.

TEAMtalk are reporting: “Portuguese newspaper Record states that Nuno has in fact decided to sell Mexico international Jimenez at the end of the season.

“The newspaper claims that Wolves have set aside €60million to launch a raid on Benfica for Vinicius, who tops the Primeira Liga’s scoring charts for the campaign with 15 strikes.”

Jimenez has been a top performer for Wolves, scoring 13 goals in just 29 Premier League games this season and clubs like Man United and Tottenham have previously also been linked with the centre-forward.

Where will Raul Jimenez land up next season?

If Raul Jimenez is indeed up for sale then both Man United and Spurs will undoubtedly try and sign him for the next season.

But at the same time, there have also been rumours that the 29-year-old is eager to play under Jurgen Klopp and will snub all other interest if the Anfield outfit comes calling in the summer.

Playing for Liverpool will truly be a dream come true for the Mexican international but we do not think the Reds will be too eager to sign the 29-year-old primarily since Klopp is already busy trying to bring Timo Werner onboard.

This would mean both Spurs and Man United have a great chance of signing Jimenez but his transfer fee could be a stumbling block for both the clubs.

As per TEAMtalk, Vinicius is going to cost around €60 million and Santo will try and recoup all of this money from the sale of his current centre-forward. And paying such a steep price for a 29-year-old could be a bit of a concern when Man United & Tottenham both have other priorities during the summer.
