Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is about the enter the final phase of his contract with the club and the management are trying to make him sign a new deal at as soon as possible.

Some rumours have suggested that Paul Pogba might be trying to head out of Old Trafford this ongoing transfer window with the likes of Juventus and Real Madrid interested in him.

But now his agent, Mino Raiola has come out to claim that the World Cup winner will not be leaving Man United this year.

“Pogba is key player for Man Utd, they have an important project and he’s 100 per cent included. Man Utd will not accept any bid on this summer to sell Pogba,” Raiola told Gianluca Di Marzio, via Goal.

“He is not the type to make controversy, especially in a moment where you have to stay calm and see how it turns out.

“We will deal with the renewal calmly, without stress. We will continue to talk about it.”

This is great news for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his rebuilding process since the Norwegian is clearly trying to develop his first XI around Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba.

But every statement from Raiola was not positive since the agent made it clear that Erling Haaland (who happens to be a transfer target for Man United) will not be moving out of Borussia Dortmund this summer.
