Brighton and Hove Albion defender Ben White is currently one of the most sought-after centre-backs in English football with Premier League giants like Liverpool and Chelsea wanting to sign him up.

And as per a report in The Sun, Manchester United have also entered the race to sign the 22-year-old before the 2020-21 season kicks off.

The report claims: “BEN WHITE has become the most wanted player in England after EVERY top six club in the Premier League made contact with Brighton to ask how much they want for him.

“Centre-back White, 22, is suddenly in demand after impressing during his season on loan at Leeds.

“The Yorkshire club have already made a £35million bid – of £30m in cash plus a further £5m in add-ons.

“Champions Liverpool are showing the strongest interest of all, while both Manchester clubs, Chelsea, Leicester and Tottenham have also asked the Seagulls how much it would cost to sign their academy product.”

Where will Ben White end up next season?

Ben White had a stellar loan season with Leeds United and Marco Bielsa is longing to make the deal permanent as he looks to venture out in the top division.

But as per rumours, Brighton have already rejected two offers from Leeds United indicating that they would want more money in exchange for the 22-year-old.

This is where teams like Chelsea and Liverpool come in as both of them can easily outbid the Elland Road outfit in the market right now.

The entry of Manchester United though has certainly spiced things up a bit since the English tabloids are claiming that Brighton now want around £50m for Ben White with so many big PL clubs interested in him.

The centre-back still has two years left on his current deal with the Seagulls so the club are in no hurry to sell him off. But given the kind of interest that Ben White has accumulated, we are more than certain that the player will be moving out this summer itself.
