European Super League
Leicester City vs Man United

Manchester United take on Leicester City in the final day of the Premier League season and a lot will be riding on the outcome of this match.

Along with Leicester City and Man United, Chelsea are also fighting for a top-four spot on the league table and the result of the match at the King Power Stadium will decide the final two Champions League spots for next season.

Leicester had been in great form for the majority of the ongoing season but since the restart, they have slid downhill and right now they are fifth on the league table with 62 points – with both Man United and Chelsea sitting above them.

Everyone expects the Leicester City vs Man United game to be an evenly fought contest but according to BBC pundit Mark Lawrenson, the Foxes will be under a lot of pressure, primarily due to the long list of absentees.

“I don’t see United being beaten,” he said, as reported.

“Leicester were already without James Maddison and Ricardo Pereira through injury but having Caglar Soyuncu suspended is a big miss for them at the back.

“They are not the same without him. Wes Morgan has been great for the Foxes but, at 36, can he really deal with the pace of United’s front three?

“United don’t need a win to make the top four but I think they will get one – they are definitely playing Leicester at the right time.”

The likes of Soyuncu, James Maddison and Ben Chilwell will all miss the Manchester United clash which is a massive headache for Brendan Rodgers on Sunday.

There’s no way that the manager will be able to name his best starting XI this weekend and with the kind of attacking talent which Man United have, the visiting side could very well be looking at an easy three-pointer.
