West Ham United have been having a mixed bag season which has been aggravated by the transfer rumours of Marko Arnautovic.

A Chinese club have shown interest in the Austrian international and right now all the parties seem to be playing ping pong with Marko’s career.

While some reports claim that the Hammers want to cash in on the forward, others say that Pellegrini does not want to let him leave.

But amongst all this chaos, the club have finally provided some good news from the injury front.

Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed that Manuel Lazini has returned back to training and the Argentinian should be back in action before the scheduled return.

“Lanzini is working part of the warm-up with the squad but the important thing is that he feels good,” said Pellegrini.

The attacking midfielder ruptured his ligament just before the World Cup began in the summer and the had to undergo an operation the following months.

While the return of Manuel Lanzini is surely good news for the Hammers fans but the midfielder is still a fair way away from making his first-team debut.

As per the reports, Lanzini has just started light training and it will be atleast a month before the player can actually get back into full first team routines.

This means that Manuel Lanzini is not expected to be named in a matchday squad anytime before the month of March.

But still, this is good news for the Hammers of manager since the earliest reports had suggested that the player would miss the whole of the 2018-19 Premier League season.
