Manchester United’s draw vs Chelsea on Sunday means the Red Devils are more or less out of the top-four race this season.

On paper, they still have a chance of finishing in the top-four but for that to happen a lot of things will have to fall in perfect sync during the last couple of weeks.

So right now it looks like, the Red Devils will be heading back to the Europa League next season which means a number of players could choose to make their way out of the club.

The likes of Pogba and Sanchez are expected to leave the club if United cannot retain their Champions League status next season but the fans want Solskjaer to get rid of Romelu Lukaku first thing during the transfer window.

Romelu Lukaku came in with a lot of hope but the Belgium international has failed to impress anyone during his time at Old Trafford.

And speaking after the Chelsea game, Gary Neville has made a key observation which might change the way Solskjaer thinks about Lukaku.

Neville said: “You see him make one big run and he looks absolutely shattered. He almost looks tired after one or two runs. He’s a big decision.”

Romelu Lukaku has been the second choice striker for Solskjaer even since the Norwegian took charge of the club and it is during the past couple of games that the former Chelsea man has been handed starts.

But clearly things are not working for the Belgium international and this tiredness that Neville is talking about might be because of his weight.

At the start of the season, Romelu Lukaku was criticised for gaining a lot of mass which was clearly hampering his movement and it looks like the forward just cannot get back his lean figure.

With only a few games left until the end of the campaign, the first thing that Romelu Lukaku should do is to hit the treadmill during the summer and shed all that extra mass which he has accumulated over the course of the season.
