Spurs and La Liga side Villarreal could agree on a swap deal for left-back Pervis Estupinan and Tanguy Ndombele according to reporter Xavi Jorquera Marquez.
Antonio Conte has been on a signing spree this summer and it seems like he has no intentions of stopping before deadline day comes around. It’s being claimed that this possible swap deal was discussed between the two clubs in a recent meeting.
So far, Spurs have signed six players but at the same time, their manager is also busy getting rid of all the unwanted players from his squad. Ndombele along with Reguilon, Lo Celso and Harry Winks were not part of the pre-season tour so it’s almost certain that all of them have no future at the club.
He spent the second half of the previous season on loan at Lyon but the Ligue 1 side have rejected the chance to sign him on a permanent deal.

Should the Spurs boss hold onto Ndombele?
It’s an open secret that Antonio Conte has no faith in Tanguy Ndombele and after the arrival of players like Bentancur and Ivan Perisic, the 25-year-old is going to fall further down the pecking order.
On the other hand, Sergio Reguilon is expected to leave Spurs before the deadline day so it’s only apt that Antonio Conte is out in a market looking for a left-back/wing-back.
Pervis Estupinan had a pretty decent campaign with Villarreal and the 24-year-old can be a very good backup option for that position at Tottenham.
However, a swap deal between the two players will only happen if Antonio Conte can offload Sergio Reguilon. Reguilon wants to head back to Spain but unless that move is finalised, the Lilywhites won’t be going after Estupinan.
As far as Ndombele is concerned, he is ready to join Villarreal but his exit depends on a lot of decisions falling perfectly into place within the next four weeks.
