Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko could finally secure a permanent signing at the end of this season after moving around Europe on a couple of loan deals, according to Le10Sport.

The Blues paid £40million to sign the France midfielder in 2017 but since then, all he’s done is disappoint at Stamford Bridge and move out on various loan spells. Last season he was on loan to AC Milan, and this year he is back at his former club – AS Monaco.

While Monaco do have the option of signing him permanently but the club are not too keen to spend £40 odd million on the midfielder which is why they are planning plans to send him back to England in the summer.

PSG though seem to have been keeping tabs on the player and as per the report, the Parisian outfit wants to sign Tiemoue Bakayoko on a permanent deal.

Le10Sport claims: “Revealed by le10sport.com, the Tiémoué Bakayoko track continues to advance on the side of PSG. A dossier that is growing a little more now.

“Paris wants to densify its midfield and put a little more size. Tiémoué Bakayoko’s profile corresponds to what PSG is looking for and according to our information, discussions are progressing in the right direction.

“According to our sources, new exchanges have recently taken place between the PSG and the representatives of Tiémoué Bakayoko.

“Discussions to advance the dossier and the possible fields of action for this summer. If the prospect of a loan was being studied, we should not now rule out a possible dry transfer.”

This is great news for Chelsea since the player is right now of no use to Frank Lampard and so if they can get £40million in exchange of Tiemoue Bakayoko then the Blues will surely have hit the jackpot.

Now it remains to be seen as to how the talks between the midfielder and PSG materialize but given the problems he’s faced at Chelsea, the Frenchman too will be eager to move out of the PL and settle down on a permanent transfer next season.
