Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is on the verge of moving out of the Emirates this summer but as per the Telegraph, one man can help the club retain him.
The Gabon international’s agent is his father and the North London club have a very good rapport with Pierre-Francois, which could be a key factor in helping the forward choose his next destination.
The report claims: “Arsenal are hopeful that their relationship with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s father and agent will help them agree a new contract with their club captain.
“Aubameyang, 30, has one full season left on his contract at the Emirates Stadium before he can leave on a free transfer.
“There has been no breakthrough in talks over extending beyond his fourth season at the club but there are good lines of communication with Aubameyang’s father and representative, Pierre-Francois, whose name was on Football Association paperwork when his son signed from Borussia Dortmund in 2018.”

The forward has one more year left on his current deal and with each passing day, the Gunners are growing increasingly confident that Aubameyang will put pen to paper on the new deal.
And this is really bad news for fellow Premier League rivals Liverpool who are said to be eyeing a move for the Gabon international after missing out on Timo Werner.
Werner was on Klopp’s radar for a really long time but the German international looks all set to join Chelsea next season. And this is why the Anfield outfit are planning to make a move for Aubameyang.
But if he does end up signing a new deal then there’s no way Klopp will be able to get his hands on him during the summer.
Aubameyang has been the best player in the Arsenal squad this season, scoring 17 goals in 26 Premier League matches this season and the North London club will go to extreme lengths in order to ensure that the forward not only remains at the Emirates beyond the summer but also signs a new deal in the coming months.
