Rangers FC forward Alfredo Morelos had another fine season in Scotland and as per the recent reports, FC Porto are the latest club who are being linked with the South American.
It’s more of a ritual that every summer Morelos is linked with a series of top European clubs and this time A Bola are claiming that the Porto boss is eager to get his hands on the 24-year-old.
The report claims: “One of Porto coach Sergio Conceição’s old dreams is Morelos, Rangers’ spearhead.
“A fine forward, with great finishing skills, but the biggest problem lies in its price: at least 20 million euros.”

Alfredo Morelos joined Rangers FC from Helsinki in 2017 and since then, he has scored 94 goals and provided 43 assists in 182 games for the Gers across all competitions.
So, it’s quite obvious that the big European clubs want to sign him.
Last summer he was linked with a few big Premier League sides and this time around, it’s FC Porto.

But the one big problem for Porto will be the transfer price since Rangers FC want around £17million for the South American’s sale and we are not sure if the Portuguese club can afford to pay such an amount this summer.
Morelos has two more years left on his current deal with the Gers so Gerrard does not need to hit the panic button right now. But, in the end, if a club is willing to meet their demands then Rangers will have no other option but to cash in.
There’s every chance Alfredo Morelos could be on his way out of the club this summer itself but as things stand, he is not likely to join FC Porto.
