Harry Kane is without a doubt one of the best strikers that European football has to offer right now and all of England’s hopes in the World Cup lies on his shoulders.

Kane has been in sensation form for the Lilywhites during the past couple of campaigns and has managed to score a staggering 135 goals in all competitions during the past four seasons.

But there is one thing that is missing from Harry Kane’s locker. Trophies.

Despite all their sparking and eye-catching performances, Mauricio Pochettino’s side has failed to win any silverware for a very long time and this was something that Cesc Fabregas pointed out, not too subtly of course.

In an interview with Pablo Zabaleta, the Chelsea midfielder first went onto label Harry Kane as the best striker in the Premier League.

Fabregas said: “He is probably the best striker in the Premier League.

“He seems like he smells where the ball is, he is always in the right position.”

But then he added that fact that he needs to move to a ‘bigger club’.

“I think now he (Kane), is ready to go to a proper big club,” Cesc added.

Naturally, Spurs fans are infuriated with the Chelsea midfielder’s comment but sadly its the bitter truth.

We are not saying that the London outfit are a small team but the reality is that they are not winning any silverware. And this has created doubts in the minds of many of their star players.

There are constant fears around White Hart Lane that if the club fail to pick up a silverware in the upcoming season then it would become impossible for them to hold onto Harry Kane.

Real Madrid are said to be interested in replacing Karim Benzema with Harry Kane and some reports claim that the Los Blancos are planning to make a move this transfer window itself.

But we doubt that Harry Kane will desert Mauricio Pocettinho’s side this summer.
