Manchester United promise their manager three superstar signings next summer.

Recently a report claimed that PSG were looking to sack current manager Unai Emery and are looking to bring in Jose Mourinho as their next manager. And the current United boss added fuel to the fire by saying that PSG are indeed a ‘special’ club. This mutual respect of sorts has reportedly sent the United management into a frenzy who now seem desperate to keep hold of their Portuguese manager.

It is being believed that Mourinho was not happy with the fact that his club had failed to secure a deal for Ivan Perisic in the summer and the former Real Madrid boss – whose contract expires in 2019, is now looking to move out of Old Trafford. But as per Spanish outlet Sport, Manchester United have now promised their manager the signing of atleast three big name players in order to help Mourinho build his team.

WHO WILL THE PLAYERS BE?

As per the report, Atletico Madrid‘s Antoine Griezmann and Real Madrid‘s Gareth Bale seem certain to be two out the above mentioned three players. The Old Trafford outfit have tried on previous occasions to sign these players but somehow the deals did not materialise. But both these players have had average seasons so far with their respective clubs and United think that the opportunity is just right for them to swoop them up.

While two of the three players are more or less confirmed but the report does not clearly suggest who the third player might be. Some experts are saying that Man United might once again try and make a move for Ivan Perisic. Mourinho is still adamant about signing the Inter player and feels that the Croatian’s dynamic wing play will add a new dimension to his team’s attacking play.

Manchester United are currently eight points behind league leaders Manchester City and Jose Mourinho is desperately trying to find that spark that will push his team closer to Pep Guardiola’s side – both in terms of points as well as talent.
