La Liga outfit Real Madrid could decide to move for Egyptian international Mo Salah if they are unable to get their hands on Kylian Mbappe, as per The Express.
The French sensation has been on Madrid’s radar for some time but Florentino Perez is still not sure if he will agree on a new deal with PSG or not. So, the Los Blancos are looking at the Liverpool forward as Plan B.
The report claims: “Liverpool are reportedly braced for a bid from Real Madrid for star forward Mohamed Salah.
“Real have had their eyes on Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe but could move for Salah if the French club hold firm over their most prized asset.
“There have been murmurings of discontent from the Egyptian’s camp over the past few months, heightening speculation he could move on from Merseyside in the near future.”
Mo Salah on his way to Real Madrid?
Mo Salah has been the crown jewel for Liverpool ever since he returned to the Premier League from AS Roma.
Since 2017, Salah along with Firmino and Sadio Mane have been the best attacking trio in England and possibly in Europe as well.
But his current deal with Liverpool will expire in 2023 and there are still no indications of what the club want to do with him.

This is the perfect year for Liverpool to sort things out with Mo Salah since if Real Madrid come calling for him next year, the Anfield outfit might have to part ways for a bargain deal.
Obviously, Perez will first try and sign Kylian Mbappe since he will be a free agent in 2022 and PSG are really struggling to make him put pen on paper to a new deal.
Signing someone like Mbappe as a free agent will be a no-brainer but if PSG can agree on a new deal with him this year then Liverpool should act accordingly to try and stop Real Madrid from getting their hands on Salah.
